The 150-seat, 4500-square foot restaurant features artfully presented fine cuisine, a dramatic uptown-cosmopolitan bar/Lounge and terrace dining. CuiZine's brand of playful sophistication is apparent as soon as guests enter the bar/café and lounge. Artful elegance is the signature of our three dining rooms. “cuiZine” Bar and Restaurant is world renowned, Master Chef of France, Philippe Chin’s vision and creation of a high energy innovative and urban fine dining establishment. Cuizine will strive for the ultimate dining experience as a neighborhood restaurant of global appeal, in a sleek, refined and comfortably designed interior.
Culinary nirvana will realized through presentation of the most interesting aspects of the world’s best eclectic cuisines. The offerings of “cuiZine” combine a sophisticated use of the most select flavorings, spices and perfumes with the finesse of classical French techniques to create the very best of international dishes. Our highest goal shall be to provide our guests with this experience.

Best Undiscovered Restaurant
In the October issue of Augusta Magazine, cuiZine was named as "Best Undiscovered Restaurant" for the ever popular readers choice "Best of Augusta." Chef Chin served fabulous fare for a crowd of about 300 people at the annual "Best of Augusta Bash" held at Fort Discovery on Thursday, October 5th. Quotes from the article-- "Best place to dine early and stay late" and "French Master Chef Philippe Chin has given Aiken an urban legend of tis own-a sleek, haute cuisine restaurant with a late-night buzz."
Ronald McDonald House Charities
Chef Chin recently dontated time, talent and food to benifit the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Columbia at the signature event, "A Fine Affiar." The Columbia House invites premier chefs from the region to prepare their specialties for this annual fund raiser.
